Supervised and instructed over 1,000 students in the 14-week USAF Tactical Air Command and Control Specialists course (TACP School House).

 

Awarded 2002 Instructor of the Year - 334th Training Squadron

Served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Close Air Support (CAS) block of instruction. 

Led instruction for tactical communication block of instruction. 

Joint Terminal Attack Controller  (JTAC)

Integrated combat air assets with the ground forces scheme of maneuver, coordinated fires, and advised conventional and special

operations forces ground commanders on how to employ Air Force combat power safely and effectively.

Served as primary advisor to conventional and special operations forces ground commanders on safe and effective employment of

USAF combat power. 

Managed brigade0level and Corps-level CAS operations supporting U.S. and NATO forces.

Supervised, trained, and ensured combat-mission readiness for four (4) subordinates. 

Developed and implemented air threat early warning system. Assessed enemy aircraft activity and provided early warning of potential air strikes to over 20,000 NATO personnel. 

Controlled over 1,000 combat aircraft missions for Operation Allied Forces.

Managed the Joint Fires Training System Program. Coordinated cost control, customer training

requirements and quality control assessments. 

Joint Fires Product Manager

Managed the development of Joint Fires applications, new product line extensions, multiple product

improvement initiatives, and the integration of key feature sets from sales to contract.

Liaison for all Joint Fires functional areas; research and development, manufacturing, sales, training, installation, materials,

and finance. Internal development subject-matter expert for Joint Fires products. 

Joint Fires Subject Matter Expert

Advised engineering department on Joint Fires and Close Air Support planning, techniques and procedures during development of Joint Fires training systems. Ensured Meggitt Joint Fires Training systems became the system of record for the United States Air Force. 

Installed over 60 Indirect Fire Forward Air Control Trainer (IFACT) training systems to integrate the

IFACT into the standard training system.

Trained over 225 US and International military personnel on implementation of the IFACT into their

established Joint Fires training curriculum.
