I love when people ask me about my decision to start Hawkeye TCG. It's my favorite question to answer these days.
While I have enjoyed working with a great bunch of people in and around the defense industry, I felt compelled and driven to leave the confines of the corporate structure to continue to experiment with new and better ways to better serve my customers. Anyone who knows me knows I'm passionate about creating an incredible customer experience. And that's what Hawkeye is all about - Creating great strategic partnerships.
The part of my job I enjoy the most is working as an instructor conducting trainings and simulations. We're learning through the emergence of AR and VR how important realistic simulation is during combat training. Any time a war fighter can get reps conducting stressful battle scenarios without the risk of actual casualties, the chances of creating a successful mission is going to increase. I love that I get to help turn a crazy stressful scenario into actual successes for our military. It's my way of continuing my service to the country I love.
